Two editors in the same project?+

Your editing tools own the files and the locks. The brain remembers what each editor decided, and flags it when their notes disagree.

Does anything leave our building?+

Not by default. The models run on the machine. We reach it over a private, encrypted network. Firms that allow no third-party service can have that network self-hosted.

Do we change how we work?+

No. Keep your tools. The brain remembers what is in them.

I don't work in these tools myself.+

Then it is for your team, and the weekly review is for you. You see what it flagged and what got decided, without opening anything.

What if it breaks?+

We see it before you do. Every night one encrypted copy comes to us and a second to cloud storage. We hold it, we cannot read it, only you have the key. We test the restore. The hardware is covered by Apple. Keep your own Time Machine drive in the office if you want a third copy, though that one is yours to watch.

Who buys the machine?+

We do, on your behalf, at Apple's price. No markup. It is registered to you and the warranty is yours. We keep an administrator account and look after it from here, the way an IT department would. Buy it yourself if you prefer.

Can we use a machine we already own?+

Sometimes. It comes down to memory, because memory decides which models fit. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly. What we cannot do is guarantee a machine we did not build from scratch.
